Skype For Business Mac Add Contact Is Greyed Out
Skype for Business on Mac will automatically close the call window when you hang up a person-to-person phone call as long as no one has sent IMs in the conversation. Skype for Business Online and Skype for Business Server 2015 users can now add and remove contact groups and enterprise distribution groups to their contact list.
FaceTime User Guide
In the FaceTime app on your Mac, use FaceTime preferences to change default options for using FaceTime.
To change these preferences, sign in with your Apple ID, then choose FaceTime > Preferences. You can set the following options in Settings and Blocked.

Calls from iPhone | Allow your Mac to use your iPhone to make and receive phone calls. These calls use cellular minutes. See Set up your iPhone and Mac for phone calls. | ||||||||||
Upgrade to Wi-Fi Calling | Allow your Mac to use your iPhone to make and receive phone calls in FaceTime. Only appears when you select Calls from iPhone and your iPhone is turned off or on a different Wi-Fi network. | ||||||||||
Allow Live Photos to be captured during Video calls | Allow the other person to capture a Live Photo from your Mac, iOS device, or iPadOS device camera during a FaceTime video call. See Take a Live Photo. | ||||||||||
Start new calls from | If you have more than one email address or phone number set up, choose which one others see when you call them. | ||||||||||
